Things are heating up at Lane Parke in Mountain Brook as it gears up to welcome MELT in 2022.
The news was released today, July 20, by Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors—the team who’s helping bring new and exciting tenants to Lane Parke.
“It’s been a big year for Lane Parke, and we’re happy to welcome MELT as a new tenant in our Phase II addition. We’ve been diligent about seeking out tenants who are a great fit to the area, and this announcement is one of many exciting new things to come to Lane Parke in the near future.”
Sam Heide, Cheif Executive Officer, Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors
Let’s get cheesy
If you haven’t been to MELT, you’ve surely heard of it. The Birmingham-based restaurant’s been on the hot list since the eatery’s food truck “Matilda” began popping up around The Magic City truck in 2012. The restaurant opened its first brick and mortar location in Avondale in 2013, followed by a 2019 opening in Huntsville and 2020 opening in Hoover.
What makes MELT so popular? Its intriguing menu featuring classic comfort food with a modern twist is one reason. Menu items range from ooey gooey grilled cheese and specially crafted burgers to vegetarian, vegan-friendly and gluten-free options.
Bonus: while much of the menu will be the same, the Lane Parke location will offer some unique menu items specific to the area.
More in store for Lane Parke
What “exciting new things” is Heide referring to? Along with MELT, Lane Parke will also welcome Jeni’s Ice Cream, Basecoat on Fifth and Ignite Cycles—all slated for openings in 2022.
