New retail construction coming to Mountain Brook’s Lane Parke

Evson, Inc., the developer of Lane Parke, and Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors announced today the much anticipated construction of the second phase of the retail portion of the development.  The project will commence next month. 

Last Fall, the group announced that the first phase was fully leased. 

The second phase will include the addition of approximately 47,000 square feet of retail space and link the development to the rest of Mountain Brook Village.

Presently Lane Parke is anchored by Publix Greenwise, a 100-room Grand Bohemian hotel by The Kessler Collection and 276 luxury apartment homes. Conveniently located across from the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, It is also home to some of the region’s most popular restaurants and retail establishments including:

 In total, Lane Parke will comprise approximately 120,000 square feet of retail space.
