Fresh produce, locally baked pastries and handmade goods, oh my! Strolling Birmingham open-air markets is one of my favorite ways to spend a warm day. If you’re ready to check out these one-stop shops, here are six street markets open now.

1. Woodlawn Street Market

The Woodlawn Street Market features over 50 vendors selling goods and food to foster local businesses. Whether you pick up groceries or products like candles and jewelry, you’re supporting a community of entrepreneurs.

2. East Lake Market

At the East Lake Market, you can find fresh produce, delicious baked goods, live music and activities for the whole family.

3. The MarketPlace at Lee Branch

The MarketPlace at Lee Branch is officially open and selling options like fresh fruit and veggies, locally made soaps and delicious desserts. You can even order online to make your weekly market trip easier.

4. Magic City Market Place

If your ideal Saturday includes a trip to a local brewery, you won’t want to miss the Magic City Market Place. They’ll have tons of vendors and food trucks so you can support local before cheering on the Barons.

5. Gardendale Farmers Market

The Gardendale Farmers Market opens for the season on Thursday, May 20. Their vendors range from farms to bakers.

6. Trussville Fresh Farmers Market
