We hope you’re hungry for burgers and brews because a brand new restaurant/bar is on its way to Hoover. Whiskey Foxtrot Burger Dive, located in the former Jubilee Joe’s location, is set to open in March 2021. Here’s what we know.
Welcome to Hoover, Whiskey Foxtrot Burger Dive!
According to the Hoover Sun, Whiskey Foxtrot Burger Dive will be located in the former Jubilee Joe’s Cajun and Seafood Restaurant—which relocated to The Shoppes at Highway 150 Crossings 2020—next to Johnny Brusco’s Pizza in Lake Crest Plaza.

Ben Williams, formerly managing partner for Jason’s Deli in Inverness and at Brookwood Village, will operate Whiskey Foxtrot, with help from his silent partner and brother, Zac Williams.
Additionally, they told The Hoover Sun, minor renovations for the 2,723 sq. ft. space are underway and they hope to open this March.
On Whiskey Foxtrot’s menu, you’ll find hamburgers and hot dogs featuring wagyu beef from Southern River Farms in Augusta, Georgia. The drinks will include American whiskey and Birmingham brews.
