The Super Bowl is happening February 7th which is right around the corner. Whether your team made it or not, we all know the spotlight is really on the food. Before you order the same old spread as past years, check out a handful of Birmingham spots helping you homegate like a pro.

First things first—small bites + appetizers

Whether you’re completely committed to the game and tend to snack when you’re nervous or don’t care at all and are just there for the food, these Birmingham spots are serving up the small bites that pack a big punch.

You’re going to need to wash that down with your favorite local beer

As soon as kick-off happens, it’s time to pour a cold one. Head to your favorite local brewery to stock up before the game because it just wouldn’t be a homegate without a good brew.

Beer Hog

Beer Hog’s main focus is local craft brews. In their retail store, they carry over 300 additional varieties of beer from all over the world that you can take home in either cans or bottles.
