Driving through Five Points South, it’s nearly impossible to miss Cortland Vesta towering over you. This one-of-a-kind apartment building offers one of the best views in the Magic City with some beautiful residences. Although the interior isn’t 100% complete yet, Bham Now got a behind-the-scenes view into one of the completed apartment homes!

Meanwhile, the Cortland Vesta mid-rise is open and accepting new residents. In fact, they are currently offering one month free on select one-bedroom floor plans.*

Those are the two words I’d use to describe these apartments. The sleek quartz countertops and subtle tile backsplashes will make you feel easily at home. Plus, the stainless steel appliances will make cooking and cleanup a breeze. Meanwhile, the smart thermostats will keep the apartment at the exact temperature you feel most comfortable in.

With large, open windows, each apartment home is filled with natural light and provides one of the best views in Birmingham. Let’s just say I hope one of my friends moves in, because I’d love to see the sunset from the outdoor patio.

Cortland Vesta has a ton of amenities, available to residents at both the high-rise and mid-rise buildings. For instance:

I’ll go out on a limb here—the view from Cortland Vesta might just be my favorite view in all of Birmingham. Not only does it offer a spectacular vision of downtown, but you can even see Vulcan and Red Mountain on the back side. Where else can you find a view like that?
