But First… What’s an Impossible Burger?

The Impossible Burger is made from proteins, flavors, fats, and binders, like almost every burger, but this one is derived from plants. In other words, it’s a “meatless” vegan burger.

But, while many vegan burgers have the reputation of tasting like totally fake meat, the Impossible Burger is said to taste so much like its all beef compadre that it’s “impossible” to tell the difference.

Melt Birmingham

If you’re seeking a vegan option this National Cheeseburger Day, head to Melt Birmingham.
