Wondering where to get the best burgers in Birmingham? Here are seven spots that serve the most mouth-watering, sauce-dripping, scrumptious burgers in town. Meatless options included!
Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint
The moment Jack Brown’s opened its doors in Birmingham in 2014, locals have gone gah-gah over its burgers. One look at the menu and you’ll understand why.
At this burger and beer joint, you’ll find some of the typical favorites alongside some truly unique twists to the classic burger.
For the most mouth-watering, unique and downright messy, consider these:

Going to The Pizitz is always exciting with the hustle and bustle of locals grabbing food and shopping. I suggest making your visit even more worthwhile with a stop at The Standard.
The cheeseburger is always a good choice, but if you want to kick up the party in your mouth a notch, then consider the Doublestack.
Description: white cheese, special sauce, French fries, coleslaw and pickles on a potato roll.
You also have the choice to go meatless with The Standard’s Veggie Burger.
Description: avocado, white cheddar cheese, cabbage slaw and romesco on a potato roll
Want to enhance your burger? Add ons include:
- Pickled jalapenos
- Fried egg
- Bacon jam
- Pimento cheese
- Mashed avocado
Fries and tots can also be loaded onto any sandwich for an extra $2. Mmm!
The Standard also serves root beer, which is a nice change from the usual Coke or Pepsi. Hmm, I wonder if they make root beer floats?
