Recently, Bham Now met up with Addison to discuss the special kind of service he has experienced with La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries. According to Addison, it was a life changing experience.

Searching for furniture on a Sunday afternoon
It all started with Todd and his wife furniture shopping on a Sunday afternoon. They had just bought a new home, and they were faced with the daunting task of furnishing it. This is how he described his first visit to La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries.
“My wife and I wanted to visit furniture stores one Sunday. We saw the La-Z-Boy sign, so we stopped in, to take a look around. We were immediately greeted by a real friendly salesperson. We started talking to her about what we needed in a new home, the big nice open floor plan and our concerns about being able to fill up the space. That’s when the sales person brought it to our attention that La-Z-Boy has an in home decorative service, where they come out, do measurements, and help you fill up that space – to make your home amazing without having to do all the work.
That caught my attention. I’m in the restaurant business, so I don’t have a lot of time, to do all that. It was a great service to provide a customer.”

We were honestly petrified to having to pick out furniture and design the rooms,” added Addison.

“My sister, is into design, she actually designs jewelry, she has a knack for it,” smiled Todd. “She said my house actually looked better than hers. Of course, I was going to play along and say her I did it, but my wife told her La-Z-Boy did it – he had his own design team. She busted me,” he chuckled.
