Hosted by the Birmingham Commercial Realtor Council at Moonshine Birmingham, the top of the Elyton Hotel was a no brainer location!

Oxmoor Logistics Center

Promoted as Birmingham’s newest multi-tenant industrial development space and located off of Oxmoor Road in Homewood, the property was developed by Cushman & Wakfield, EGS, Inc.

This development has 22,500 to 78,000 square feet of commercial space available with 22 truck trailer parking spaces and abundant employee parking spaces.

Crossplex Mixed-Use Development

Crossplex Mixed-Use Development continues to transform the property that was once the fairgrounds property.

Future plans for this area include a 4000-seat amphitheater with a concert stage, restaurants and retail space, a Natatorium and the AG Gaston Boy’s & Girl’s Club. Comfort Inn & Suites currently is being built along with a Walgreens and Starbucks Coffee shop.

The Crossplex area is home to many Track and Field facilities and an exterior running track.

Orchestra Partner’s Founders Station

Orchestra Partners talked about their development of Founders Station, a redevelopment project of three historic building built in downtown Birmingham in 1887.

The development is a condo-mixed use facility with retail restaurant space located between First Ave. North and Morris Ave. Forest and Feast is moving into the space when it is finished.

Forge at The Pizitz

Forge also was on hand showcasing their cool shared workspace concept. Located in the Pizitz Food Hall, Forge offers various membership levels for entrepreneurs who don’t want the overhead of permanent office space.

Sloss Docks Warehouse and Pepper Place Expansion

The Sloss Docks Warehouse is a 122,0004 square feet warehouse located near the Birmingham Airport and has multiple dock doors.  This property is an excellent value that is close to the city center.  Pepper Place is expanding the Blueprint building located at Third Ave. and 3o Street South to include a restaurant and office space.
