Your favorite Mediterranean spot will be getting a new look. Here’s to a total of 77 Taziki’s locations and their future noteworthy renovations.

This past week, Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe opened their 77th location in Alabaster, AL. The newest addition unveiled more than just how popular this great restaurant is. It shared the fresh new designs that will be introducing a vibrant coastal atmosphere to the well-known cafe.

Their new style comes from what the Greeks call ‘eudaimonia,’ that means a deeper enduring sense of happiness. The design has the feel of stepping onto the Meditteranean coast with Greek pots filled with sunflowers, painted white shiplap adorned walls and deep ocean blue accents throughout.

Natural lighting and exposed wooden beams create a bright and airy aura, that you will no doubt enjoy. Along with these other updates, exposed stone ties the look together creating a welcoming environment that will keep you coming back for more.

We believe great food brings people together, and we want our restaurant guests to feel like dinner guests in our home. We want our guests to enjoy extraordinary food that is as colorful as the Mediterranean.

With a commitment to use simple, wholesome ingredients with dishes made from scratch daily paired with their new ambiance and design, Taziki’s definitely brings together fresh, healthy food and family.

The other 76 locations will begin their renovations in the following months. This includes the 7 locations in Birmingham and its surrounding neighborhoods.

Taziki’s personal philanthropic project will also be expanding during this period of change. In the coming years, HOPE (Herbs Offering Personal Enrichment) Project will become nationwide.

HOPE Project currently serves special needs student in Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN and Little Rock Arkansas school systems by hiring and teaching them to grow, harvest, and sell fresh herbs. The Mediterranean cafes then purchase their produce for use in their area restaurants.
