Birmingham-based Daxko continues to grow and increase its footprint nationally.
Monday, the health & wellness software provider announced its acquisition of a Colorado tech firm involved in the same line of business.

Zen Planner, a provider of member management software, payments, and integrated websites is now apart of Daxko.

According to a recent news release, the acquisition is apart of a large scale plan of Daxko’s to diversify into a wide variety of health and wellness markets.

Zen Planner serves 5,500 gyms, martial arts schools, and fitness studios.

Daxko’s acquisition will expand the total reach of the company to 58 countries, about 7,000 customers, and tens of millions of members.

The 88 team members from Zen Planner will be joining Daxko, in Colorado, lead by Jeff Gardner, the president of the Highlands Ranch office.
