Owner of Avo & Dram Transitions to fast-service Restaurant

Tom Sheffer, the owner of Jackson’s Bar & Bistro and Avo & Dram looks to open quite a different style of restaurant service in Edgewood.

“Soda Jerk” will feature finger foods and serve to the everyday consumer.

Edgewood is quite the happening place in Homewood.

Located at 920 Oxmoor Road, inside the “freestanding” building across the street from the antique store, the new restaurant is perfect for the Birmingham foodie.

Details:
  • Menu – Burgers, Hot Dogs, Grilled Cheese, Kale Salads
  • Deserts – Sundaes, Shakes, Ice Cream Treats

Along with the restaurant is a full fledged bar. Clearly keeping up with the trend of Avo & Dram and Jackson’s.
