In Home Sales Expert

Take the lead and close the deal at the center of where it all happens – our customers’ homes. Whether your support is in person or virtual, you will be the face and voice of our brand. You’ll introduce residential customers to our award-winning TV and Broadband in conjunction with our service installers. Using your wide range of knowledge, you’ll be responsible for selling state of the art technology and elevating the customer experience.

What does it take to deliver the ultimate white glove experience? This takes on new meaning in today’s environment. It is creating meaningful connections through excellent communication, strategic thinking and the ability to personalize every interaction. You’ll communicate your expertise through hands-on demos or virtual experiences which generate new sales with ease. You’ll also be responsible for your own territory, working daily appointments and meeting sales and service objectives. Every day will provide a new set of opportunities, so you’ll need to be flexible and open to change as we put the safety of our employees and customers first by following all local guidelines.

Our most successful sales experts typically demonstrate:

• The ability to upsell and transition warm leads into actual sales

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Experience with mobility (desired)

Job Description
At SIMON, our Platform Specialists are responsible for being experts on the SIMON platform and raising awareness of SIMON to our retail financial advisor networks. We are looking for motivated professionals who are coachable and understand this unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the scaling of a fast-growing start-up venture – experience in structured products is not necessary. Candidates must possess attention to detail, organizational skills, aptitude for technology and financial systems, and an ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the expectations of this role consistently growing and expanding.

Responsibilities
• Proactively engage in sales campaigns targeting financial advisors in raising awareness of the SIMON platform, helping advisors manage and build their structured product and annuity business.
• Be an expert of the SIMON platform, showcasing the full functionality of SIMON within structured products and annuities.
• Act as a liaison between end user issues and the SIMON engineering / platform solution team.
• Manage all interactions (calls, emails, webinars, demos) in salesforce.com
• Learn, understand, stay current and have the ability to verbalize the structured product and annuity landscape and how SIMON supports these areas holistically.
• Provide creative ideas in enhancing user experience on SIMON
• 100% customer focus and success
• Assist in other projects as needed such as supporting distributor roll-outs, training sessions and new product lines.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 year of sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Series 7, 63 certifications and state insurance license required within the first 3-4 months of employment
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Salesforce.com

Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR)

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR) to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. RSSRs drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the RSSR delivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other rental products. RSSRs are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
