In celebration of Black History Month, the Southern Museum of Flight cordially invites you to witness a remarkable event. Nat-Geo’s awe-inspiring masterpiece, The Space Race, will be showcased, honoring the unyielding spirit and profound achievements of the first Black aviators, engineers, and scientists who soared to the skies. Following the film, an esteemed gathering of distinguished aviators, scientists, and other luminaries from the aviation realm, will convene to share their wisdom and experiences. This unique spectacle is open to all, free of charge; however, we kindly welcome and appreciate all donations
