Hello all, Welcome to Intermittent
Fasting for Beginners!
I will teach an easy class on how to get started with
intermittent fasting. You will get the basics, how it
works, the benefits of fasting, fasting terminology, tools,
tips, and tricks on staying on track. I have been doing
intermittent fasting for almost 8 years so I’m ready to
answer any questions you have. Tickets are $25.00. I will
provide informational handouts for you to take home.
