First Light Shelter, provider of emergency shelter and support services for homeless women, is hosting its upcoming fundraising event, the Big Apple Gala presented by Pace, on Thursday, April 25 from 6 to 10 p.m. This New York City-themed extravaganza will be hosted at The Farrell in Homewood and aims to raise funds and awareness to further its mission of ending homelessness in the Greater Birmingham Area. This elegant evening will feature an array of special events and activities, including dinner, bourbon tastings, local celebrity bartenders, live auction, live music and more, providing the perfect backdrop for a night of celebration and philanthropy!
