Finding Your MVP – An introduction to Story Mapping

What is an MVP? Chances are, if you’re a sports fan, you answered “Most Valuable Player”.

But this talk isn’t about that MVP; **Minimum Viable Product (MVP)** was introduced to the agile community by Eric Ries in his 2011 book The Lean Startup. The idea was to have a conceptual model in which a team with some assumption and/or a leap of faith could identify the least amount of work required, to start getting feedback from their users. But like most things, in the world of Agile, MVP is a term that people have struggled with since the concept was introduced. After all, how minimal is an MVP supposed to be.

Join Todd Sussman as he walks through the lean mindset as it applies to product definition and learn about how he used Story Mapping to discover his MVP and build a working arcade for his family.
