Rashida Reese is the Founder and CEO of ReBirth Marketing and Consulting, where the approach to marketing is to execute with purpose and focus on measurable and actionable results. She oversees a team of brand and marketing professionals that uses their skills to elevate the brands of their clients.

Rashida’s background in sales and sales leadership in the media industry makes her a master in digital marketing and advertising. She specializes in social media marketing, strategic marketing planning, and project management. The ReBirth philosophy is to win but win by knowing their work is a true representation of its core values.

Rashida has had the pleasure of working on many projects in Alabama including leading marketing projects for major business as well as serving as Director of Sponsorship Fulfillment for The World Games 2022 for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and The World Game Plaza.

Rashida is passionate about mentorship and athlete mental health where she serves on the board for Ramsay Touchdown Club and assists several sports entities with fundraising for youth resources. She also sits on the board of Tech Birmingham and The Community Kitchen.

Rashida is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications.
