The Florida-based investment group Green Shoot Brands is purchasing all 22 locations of the popular Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint, according to The Tennessean.

Jack Brown’s first came to the state in 2014 when the location in Lakeview opened. The restaurant now has four locations across Alabama.

Green Shoot Brands manages hundreds of franchise locations for other restaurant brands including:

  • Auntie Anne’s
  • Cinnabon
  • Jamba Juice
  • Little Caesars
  • Nothing Bundt Cakes

There are no significant changes expected to happen at any of the Jack Brown’s locations, just a behind the scenes change of ownership. So don’t worry, you can still count on that late night burger and fries (plus those fried Oreos!)
