Just a short walk from Linn Park, the Jefferson County Courthouse, Birmingham City Hall and the city’s financial district, the tower is home to several law firms and the corporate offices of Mississippi-based Renasant Bank.
Now, the towering office building is set to have a new owner.

During the meeting of the Birmingham City Council on Tuesday, October 20, the council approved via consent an agreement for the City of Birmingham to purchase the 15-story office tower for $11 million. While the City has not stated what the property will be used for, it could be used as turn-key office space for city employees.
