A new interactive dining experience is gearing up to open at the Riverchase Galleria!
Koi Revolving Sushi Bar is set to open at the mall, bringing Birmingham its first rotating sushi restaurant. Its concept will give diners the chance to choose sushi as it makes its way around a revolving conveyor-style counter.
Koi Revolving Sushi Bar coming soon in Hoover
Koi Revolving Sushi Bar will be located on the second floor in the former home of Ruby Tuesday, near Cindy’s Cinnamon Rolls and Hollister Co.
Construction is currently underway.
An opening date has not yet been announced, but sushi lovers can keep an eye out for more details as the new spot gets closer to opening.
