Grace Klein Community is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of FeedBHM Clay.

In partnership with Transformation Community, this new location expands the organization’s community outreach further into the Trussville, Clay and Pinson areas.

The event details are as follows:

What is Grace Klein Community?

Through local and global initiatives, Grace Klein is an educational nonprofit “dedicated to providing relief to the poor, disadvantaged and underprivileged.” They do this through:

  • Providing food, school supplies + diapers to families in need
  • Assisting in adoption costs through yard sales, shoe drives + more
  • Sending short- and long-term mission teams across the world

Whatever your niche, there’s a place for anyone to serve with Grace Klein Community.

Here are a few ways you can help:

  • Serve at a food distribution drive-thru
  • Organize donations at outreach halls
  • Bring flowers, food + prayer to people in the hospital
  • Transform community gardens in local food deserts

Local residents looking to participate can sign up for a serve team at volunteer.feedbhm.org or support the initiative by donating online at donate.feedbhm.org.
