New stores at The Summit Birmingham: What’s opening next + what’s already here
Reading time: 3 minutes

The Summit just keeps getting better (and we’re not mad about it). Birmingham’s go-to shopping spot is adding new-to-market retailers and dining concepts, including multiple first-to-Alabama brands, giving shoppers even more reason to make a stop along 280.
Here’s a look at what’s coming as early as this summer, plus a few places recently open for business.
Now open at The Summit Birmingham
Rancher Hat Bar
This unique shop opened on May 8, and it’s definitely not your typical retail store. The twist: Instead of simply buying a hat, you get to design your own.
The store offers more than 100 hat styles and colors, with the option to customize with bands, ribbons, charms, pins, monogram branding and more.
Fun fact: Their hats have been seen on stars like Miranda Lambert and Benson Boone.
Sons Pops
Another storefront you’ll want to add to your next shopping trip at The Summit Birmingham is Sons Pops. Open daily, the small-batch popsicle shop rotates flavors made with fresh ingredients, including fruity pops like strawberry lemonade and creamy pops like coffee and chocolate. Trust us, this will be your go-to haven as summer temperatures soar.
