It’s no secret that Birmingham is a coffee-lover’s paradise—in fact, there are nearly 50 unique coffee shops in the Birmingham area. Now, something special is brewing in Cahaba Heights.
Set to open in the heart of the Vestavia Hills neighborhood later this year, Qahwah House is a new concept that aims to deliver exceptional coffee and tea offerings in a curated environment where community and craftsmanship meet.
“Our goal is to create more than just a coffee shop—we want a space where people can gather, connect, and experience authentic Yemeni coffee culture in a welcoming environment. We believe this will be a special addition to the area, and we’re looking forward to serving everyone soon.”
Khaled Almansoob, Owner, Qahwah House
Located in Cahaba Heights at 3965 Crosshaven Drive, Qahwah House’s space is located between Milo’s Hamburgers and Cahaba Heights. Both sides of the sublease were facilitated by Shannon Waltchack brokers: Keith Shamblin represented the landlord and Lizzy Van Rooyen, represented the tenant.
“Qahwah House is something truly special. From the branding to the buildout, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. It’s the kind of place people will go out of their way to visit, and then come back to again and again.”
