Hosted by Neighborhood Housing Services of Birmingham, the expo focuses on real-life challenges many Birmingham homeowners face, like rising costs and maintaining older homes.
Headlining the event is Carmeon Hamilton, interior designer and winner of Design Star: Next Gen. Known for her bold, modern style, Hamilton will share inspiration and practical tips for homeowners looking to refresh their spaces.
Attendees can expect:
- Workshops + live demos
- An exhibitor marketplace
- Direct access to contractors, lenders + local organizations
Topics will range from home repairs and energy efficiency to estate planning, insurance and financing options.
According to NHSB CEO Carol Clarke, the goal is simple: connect homeowners with the tools and knowledge they need to stay confident and secure in their homes.
