Here’s a peek at a few dishes we can’t wait to try:

• Katsu—crispy chicken or pork cutlets, served with a savory katsu sauce + a side of rice.
• KatsuUdon—thick chewy noodles in a rich broth, served with your choice of beef, chicken, or seafood
• Yaki Soba—stir-fried noodles with vegetables, choice of protein + tossed in a soy-based sauce

On work days, a bento box will be our go-to for a more balanced meal to keep our heads in the game.
