One local gem—the Leeds-based nonprofit The Red Barn—is about to steal the spotlight in a Google Gemini ad during the Super Bowl.

Founded in 2012 by Anita Cowart, The Red Barn is a nonprofit that offers educational and therapeutic equine-assisted programs to low-income children with disabilities. According to The Red Barn’s website, the small, family-run operation has since grown into a fully-fledged nonprofit that serves more than 100 kids each week—with 100 more on the waiting list!
