The Gumbo Gala is the ultimate culinary showdown where backyard chefs, professional cooks and students come together to compete in a gumbo cook-off.

You can enjoy a variety of savory gumbos, craft beers from Cahaba Brewing Company and live entertainment that will keep the energy high throughout the evening.
