Alabama’s very first Kyuramen, a popular Japanese ramen shop, is now open at Inverness Corners on 280.
Known for its steaming fresh ramen, fried rice burgers and more, Kyuramen has more than 100 locations across the country.

Ramen galore
Now, the ramen shop is officially open and welcoming all lovers of Japanese cuisine. The newly-opened restaurant is perfect for people looking to try new dishes, from fried rice burgers to eel kamameshi—and everything in-between.
Its variety of soup bases makes for the perfect meal to enjoy as the weather cools down. Its menu also features different variations of traditional ramen as well as specialty rice burgers.
- Yinyang Bowl: Served with, Chashu Pork, Shrimp Tempura, Scallop, Baby Corn, Half Marinated Egg, Naruto Maki, Bamboo Shoots, Corn, Scallions (Pork Broth)
- Korean Kimchi Ramen: Served with, Chashu Pork, Kimchi, Half Marinated Egg, Bamboo Shoots, Corn, Wakame, Scallion, Nori (Pork Broth)
- Pan Fried Gyoza (Chicken): Japanese Style Chicken Dumpling served with gyoza sauce.
- Classic Omurice: Fluffy omelet egg on top of chicken fried rice, topped with your choice of Curry Sauce or Demi Glace (contain Beef and Pork).
