Hoover looking forward to welcoming Kyuramen, a new ramen restaurant
Kyuramen, a Japanese ramen restaurant with over 100 locations worldwide, is coming to the Birmingham Metro Area!
You can expect to see their first Alabama location in Inverness Corners at the intersection of U.S. 280 and Valleydale road.
“Everyday is ramen day”
According to the BBJ, First National Realty Partners, who is handling the lease, says Kyuramen is looking to open in 2024. They will be moving in to where the Newk’s used to be at 950 Inverness Corners Birmingham, AL 35242.
Kyuramen’s “ramen masters” have thoughtfully developed their extensive menu. All of their authentic soup bases are crafted to be fresh and fragrant, served with:
- Japanese-style pork roast
- 7-minute boiled egg
- Chopped green onions
Another tasty item on the menu is the Sapporo Miso Ramen:
- Pork Chashu, Bamboo Shoot, Wakame, Half Marinated Egg, Nori, Corn, Scallion, in a Pork Broth
- You can even choose your spice level from regular, mild, spicy or hot
