Our very own Regions Bank is ranked #1 Top Regional Bank in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Online Banking Satisfaction StudySM.

2024 U.S. Online Banking Satisfaction
According to a press release from Regions, the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Online Banking Satisfaction Study profiles the experiences of customers of the largest banking websites throughout the country.
The study measures overall satisfaction with the following features of online properties:
- Information + content
- Navigation
- Speed
- Visual appeal
The results are based on 17,843 responses from retail bank and credit card customers nationwide from February and March 2024.
As a customer of Regions Bank, I can attest to the fact that its online banking app is easy to use and easy to understand—which means a lot for a recent college grad who knows little to nothing about finances.
This is the fourth time in the past five years that Regions has earned this recognition.
