A Birmingham original, Alabama Peanut Co. now serves beer and wine to accompany its world-famous roasted and boiled peanuts.

According to Alabama Peanut Co. Manager Chase Johnson, the iconic peanut company on Morris Avenue has been serving alcohol for about a month and a half.

In addition to local craft beers, Alabama Peanut Co. offers domestic beers, canned wine and THC CBD beverages.

And of course, there are countless varieties of peanuts to choose from at the site.

One of America’s last surviving peanut merchants, the Alabama Peanut Co. and its predecessors have called Morris Avenue home since 1907. Next to Vulcan and Civil Rights history sites, the Alabama Peanut Co. should be on every visitor’s bucket list.

That’s something to toast to!
