Wharf’s story

Like all good stories, this one starts with a little romance.

In 1968, Early Duggar and Eva Thomas began as two high school sweethearts who loved fishing. As Early began working as a fisherman for his father’s business, he became interested in the business of seafood.

One thing led to another and both Early and Eva founded the Gulf King Seafood Corporation in 1971, which grew rapidly.

After a hurricane destroyed everything they worked hard for, they used their skills in business to open Wharf Seafood Restaraunt in Tallahasee, FL in 1986.

The rest is history!

If you ever find yourself wanting to satisfy a seafood craving—Wharf Casual Seafood has everything you could ever imagine. They offer a great range of seafood, from fried crab claws to Mahi Mahi Po-Boys.
