Zanetta Roberson, owner of Hit Different! Barbeque has over 40 years of experience in the food industry. When Zanetta was a child, her family had restricted finances and relied heavily on home-cooked food as a way to nourish their children. From a young age, she learned to season food perfectly and satisfy anyone’s taste buds.

Zanetta is following her passion by opening her new restaurant in Pelham.

Through Hit Different!, Zanetta is continuing the legacy of her parents—who taught her everything she knows about soul food—by passing down their recipes to her son, Dyron.
