NEW: 115-suite hotel coming to Leeds in 2026

A $21 million SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel is coming to Leeds, Alabama.

Jackson Hospitality Services, Inc., a leading hotel development and management company, announced plans today to build the new 115-suite hotel next to the existing Hampton Inn at 1155 Payton Way, Leeds, AL 35094.

The hotel is expected to open in 2026.

Each suite at the SpringHill Suites Leeds will be equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and free WI-FI. Other amenities include:

  • A complimentary breakfast buffet
  • An enhanced outdoor patio experience
  • A lounge featuring appetizers and a variety of beverages
  • A fitness center
  • A business center
  • On-site laundry facilities

Construction of the hotel is expected to begin late this summer, according to a news release sent out about the new hotel.
