What to expect at the 13th annual Birmingham Special Needs Expo
During this one-day event, you’ll get to learn all about healthcare, products, therapy and more for people with special needs and their families.

- Ady’s Army: Nonprofit community for families of autistic children
- Alabama Relay: Hearing aid services + products
- All Kids: Children’s health insurance
