Spring is coming soon and as usual, we’re celebrating with delicious seasonal drinks. Keep reading for our favorite places to enjoy a spring cocktail around Birmingham.
1. Mayawell Bar
Mayawell is the perfect place for a good drink and a good time. Their ‘Manago Margarita’ is just what screams springtime. The hint of sweet and spicy is just right.

2. The Lumbar
We can’t make a cocktail guide without including The Lumbar. Their menu is full of fun cocktails and when the weather is right, the patio makes for the perfect spring setup.

3. The Margaret
Feel like you’re in NOLA this spring with The Margaret’s frozen hurricane—rum, grenadine, orange juice and fruit punch .

4. Paper Doll
The Paper Doll’s spring cocktail menu drops later this month, but until then, their ‘FDB No. 1’ will get you in the spirit with vodka, house-made strawberry syrup, fresh lemon juice, Aperol, and yellow chartreuse.

5. Adios
Say Adios to boring drinks! Don’t overlook their funky drinks like the ‘No es Santo.’ This yummy drink is made of Blanco tequila, mezcal, lemon, faccia brutto and celery. Don’t be afraid to give it a try.

6. Ferus Artisan Ales
This one might be what I’m most looking forward to trying…the new Apple Peach White Sangria at Ferus Artisan Ales is made with apple juice, apple brandy, white wine, vodka and peach simple syrup.

7. Trussville Social
Another spot worth the trip to Trussville! Change up your weekend plans at Trussville Social and try drinks like their ‘Social Bikini’ for a refreshing pick-me-up.

9. The Marble Ring
The Marble Ring makes you feel like the coolest person in town with their speakeasy set up. Our drink rec is the ‘Cotton Club’ with Amaretto, Grand Marnier, pineapple, lime and simple syrup.

10. Juniper
Juniper always has the best and most creative cocktails. The ‘Versace & Verona’ is made with Hayman’s Old Tom, rose water, mint and cucumber and tastes like spring in a glass.

Anything lavender screams spring in my opinion. The ‘Lavender Haze’ at Avine is a classic drink with gin, lavender syrup and lemon.

12. Carrigan’s Public House
Carrigan’s is one of our teams favorite spots for an after-work drink, especially in the spring. If you’re looking for a floral cocktail, ‘The Illusion’ is the perfect choice with Hendrick’s, St. Germain, lavender simple syrup and lemon.

I’ve already kicked off patio season at The Battery and cannot wait to spend more happy hours there. The ‘Hot Girl Gimlet’ is great if you’re looking for a sweet drink with a little kick.
