Grimaldi’s Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria plans to open its second Alabama location in the Hoover Stadium Trace Village development.

According to the Hoover Sun, the restaurant will be located at the corner of Peridot Place and Emery Drive near other popular restaurants — Walk-ons and Big Whiskey.

Never been to a Grimaldi’s? We got some intel from our sister publication in Huntsville which reported on the grand opening of the pizzeria that was first established under the Brooklyn Bridge.
