As of September 11th, 2023, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved a new, updated vaccine made by Moderna US, Inc. and Pfizer, Inc.

The vaccines are available to those with health insurance–but what about the 25-30 million Americans without health insurance?

Birmingham Apothecary has partnered with U.S.-based health insurance company eTrue North to bring the CDC’s Bridge Access Program to Five Points South. The Bridge Access Program allows for pharmacies to administer vaccinations to those who are underinsured or do not have insurance.
