NOW OPEN: Marketplace on Main celebrates grand opening in Gardendale
Reading time: 2 minutes
This summer, Gardendale has welcomed a slew of new businesses like Santos Coffee, Gardendale Floral and Chipotle. Now, it’s home to a new brick-and-mortar market called Marketplace on Main. The store celebrated their grand opening on September 7 and is now open for business.
Marketplace on Main in Gardendale features 17 vendors with more to come
Gardendale residents no longer need to travel over the mountain for handcrafted gifts and goods. Marketplace on Main, which describes itself as a “carefully curated small business incubator”, is home to 17 vendors from across Alabama, all specializing in everything from personalized crafts to handmade furniture.
“This venture has been a path set forward by our creator for many years. To not only be able to share my love for home reno and home decor, but to also share an actual physical brick & mortar location with other budding artisans, hand-craftsmen, and entrepreneurs is an absolute blessing to me. I hope this brings joy and excitement to our community and the surrounding areas! There is so much talent out there that it deserves to be shared with others!”
