The Firefighter Challenge is a competition that pits first responders against each other in a series activities firefighters perform in their profession.
The event attracts hundreds of firefighters across America each year. This year, the championship is being held at the Hoover Met.

- “Forcible entry” – Keiser Force Machine
- “Hose Advance”
- “Victim rescue”
During these challenges, firefighters will climb a five-story building, drag heavy fire hoses, rescue a 175-pound mannequin, lift equipment, and more.
