1. Better Kombucha

Better Kombucha is raw, unpasteurized, vegan and gluten-free fermented tea, brewed right here in Birmingham.

As expressed on their website, Better Kombucha began in 2016 with products in one coffee shop and now utilizes three local distribution companies to get award-winning kombucha to 185+ locations throughout the southeast.

Located in Woodlawn, PolarisBHM is a flexible co-working space that provides resources for entrepreneurs to grow their business.

Bham Now sat down with PolarisBHM founder Alycia Levels-Moore last month. She told us she saw an opportunity in Birmingham to create a space where people could collaborate.
