A new coffee shop is in town. Georgia-based company Spring Brew Coffee is now open for business in one of downtown Birmingham’s most beautiful and historic buildings, The Florentine.

From Cave Spring to Birmingham

Spring Brew Coffee, based in Cave Spring, Georgia, opened their first location in 2017. Their unique concept combines Counter Culture Coffee brewed with natural spring water for a brew that is full-bodied, smooth and delicious.

Their mission is to create exceptional coffee that is both tasty and quick, for the busy professional or on-the-go student.

What to expect

Since their grand opening on June 19, Spring Brew has been serving up freshly brewed espresso and tea drinks. Here’s a look at the menu:

In addition to in-house drinks, Spring Brew also offers catering options for events such as weddings, bridal showers, corporate events and even private parties. This option allows you to hire a trained barista to create made-to-order drinks for all your guests to enjoy.

They also offer a mobile espresso bar, a package including fresh-brewed coffee to bring to any event including cups, lids, sugar and creamer.

The new coffee shop is located at 115 Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd N, on the floor level of The Florentine. The building, which was designed and built in the 1920’s, remains one of Birmingham’s most beautiful and recognizable architectural marvels.
