Fire crews are on the scene tonight of a large fire in Avondale.

According to Birmingham Fire and Rescue and Birmingham Police,  the building and complex on fire is Birmingham Recycling and Recovery on 41st Street South.

Sam Modder with Family Pet Cremation, a business that is a couple of blocks from the recycling center, provided Bham Now with a video and photos of the fire, which were taken at 9:43PM.
