It’s Back!

Declaring on the @zoeskitchenbham Instagram page:

Original Zoës.

Same owners.

Same menu.

John Cassimus also issued the following video statement on his personal Facebook page.

“In 1995. My mom Zoë, my dad Marcus opened the original Zoës Kitchen here in Birmingham, Alabama. A few years later, I started the company that ultimately grew to over 300 Zoës Kitchens around the United States.

Recently, our good friends at Cava bought Zoës Kitchen. After converting some of the stores over to Cava, the decision was made to shelf the Zoës Kitchen brand moving forward. But great news. They’ve given me and my mom and dad the opportunity to resurrect the original Zoës Kitchen brand here in Birmingham, Alabama at the Crestline location, to all those fresh tasty and healthy, unique menu items you love so much.

Follow us on social media. Check it out. Stay tuned.”
