All of their blends are hand-selected from roasters around the world and when brewed, make a delicious cup of coffee. Plus, check out their pastry selection while you’re there.

3. Rickshaw Bham | Everywhere!
Chris Joe’s story starts right here in The Magic City. From a young age, he was washing dishes in one of Birmingham’s most legendary Chinese restaurants, Joy Young. His great grandfather opened the restaurant in the 1920s after immigrating from Canton, China. The restaurant fed Bham locals until the 1990s. Now that it’s Chris’ turn in the spotlight, Rickshaw is bringing Asian-inspired street food to Birmingham this summer and will offer the city a new take on Asian cuisine.
Menu items will rotate but will include selections such as:
- Bahn Mi sandwiches with your choice of pork belly, lemongrass chicken or tofu
- Szechuan cumin lamb burger with furikake fries
- 8-piece Korean fried chicken nuggets with miso-buttermilk ranch and daikon radish pickles
Plant-based items are also on the menu as well. He and his wife/business partner, Heather, can’t wait to serve the city they love.
