Responsibilities:

• Shipping + receiving inventory
• Oversees inventory control at store level
• Vendor relationship management
• Assists store team with merchandize questions + customer orders

Requirements:

• Previous customer service/vendor management experience (luxury retail jewelry environment preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Well organized and the ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work Saturdays

Jewelry Sales Associate

Why you’ll love it: You’ll have access to a plethora of inventory and top designers within the industry so you’ll have endless possibilities to create amazing jewelry pieces with customers. You’ll also have unlimited earning potential!

Responsibilities: 

• Provide top notch service
• Build relationships with customers
• Be well organized and have a keen eye for detail
• Have a professional demeanor + appearance

Requirements:

• Previous luxury sales and/or Diamonds Sales experience preferred
• GIA certification a plus!
• Must be able to work Saturdays

Store Manager

Why you’ll love it: You’ll be the face of Diamonds Direct at designated functions and marketing opportunities, be a role model for fellow team members and develop and maintain relationships with key customers through exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform essential duties satisfactorily. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education + experience.
• Ability to read, analyze + interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures for government regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence + procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information + respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers + the general public.
