Our friends at Maxus Construction gave us an inside look at the mixed-use development, including the new 234-unit apartment complex, Canopy Park Apartments.

What’s the timeline?
According to the developer, site work will conclude in approximately six months. Then, the vertical construction will begin in summer 2022.
A development this large consists of multiple phases—including a future hotel parcel. It’s anticipated that some of the retail will open in spring 2023, and the remaining retail and apartment units will be ready for us to enjoy later in 2023.
