1. Another Broken Egg Cafe

A Southern-inspired meal awaits you at Another Broken Egg Cafe in Mountain Brook—and their pancake menu is out of this world! Whether you get the Bourbon Street Pancakes with bananas, pecans, rum butter sauce drizzle and fresh whipped cream or the Carrot “Pan” Cake Stack” with carrots, raisins and walnuts with cream cheese frosting, your mouth is sure to water.

Step aside pancakes… flapjacks are moving in! My personal favorite, Big Bad Breakfast is THE place for a mind-blowing breakfast.

3. Demetri’s BBQ

There’s more than barbecue at this local dive—there’s a killer breakfast menu, too. And you better believe it includes pancakes!

With a name like the Flying Biscuit, you know it’s worth a visit. This popular restaurant serves breakfast all day including scrumptious pancakes.
